Isle of Mull
In July 2024 we headed back to Scotland. This adventure took us to the beautiful Isle of Mull - a place the we fell instantly in love with! The Isle of Mull (or often just Mull) is the second-largest island of the Inner Hebrides (after Skye) and lies off the west coast of Scotland.
Malta
In April 2024 we spent a week in Malta. Malta, officially the Republic of Malta, is an island country in Southern Europe located in the Mediterranean Sea. The two official languages are Maltese and English. The country's capital is Valletta, which is the smallest capital city in the EU by both area and population. With a population of about 542,000 over an area of 316 km2 (122 sq mi), Malta is the world's tenth-smallest country by area and the ninth most densely populated.
New Zealand
In December 2023 we embarked on our biggest adventure to date, and one that is going to be difficult to top! We travelled to the other side of the globe and spent 4 weeks exploring the wonders of new Zealand.
The Isle of Eigg
In August 2023 we visited the Isle of Eigg in Scotland. Eigg is one of the Small Isles in the Scottish Inner Hebrides. It lies to the south of the island of Skye and to the north of the Ardnamurchan peninsula. Being part of the Small Isles Eigg really does live up to the title – it is 9 kilometres (5.6 miles) long from north to south, and 5 km (3 mi) east to west!
